8. Job Guarantee Program

CABA Innovatives gives a written 100% Job Guarantee on its Premium 1-to-1 programmes, including the BSc degree track. After you complete the course and meet the written conditions, CABA provides a paid job or paid internship in your course field (minimum ₹8,000 a month for Graphic Design, ₹12,000 a month or more for other courses) within 3 months - or refunds your full course fee.

Group training: Job Assurance with placement assistance - not a guaranteed job. The BSc degree is awarded by Lingaya's Vidyapeeth (Deemed-to-be University). The job guarantee is given by CABA Innovatives as the training institute, not by the university.

The written guarantee terms are:

1. This guarantee applies to students enrolled in a CABA Premium 1-to-1 programme, as named in this agreement.
2. The student attends at least 85% of scheduled classes. Absences for medical or family emergencies are excused with proof.
3. The student completes all projects and assignments given by CABA trainers and builds the course portfolio.
4. Online students attend a minimum of 1 month of offline practice classes at the institute for projects and doubt-clearing.
5. The student attends the job interviews arranged by CABA in Delhi NCR, with their portfolio.
6. CABA will provide a paid job or paid internship in the course field within 3 months of course completion. The minimum pay is ₹8,000 a month for Graphic Design and ₹12,000 a month or more for other courses.
7. The guarantee is fulfilled when the student receives an offer that meets point 6, whether or not the student accepts it.
8. If CABA does not provide such an offer within 3 months, CABA refunds the full course fee paid, within 30 days of the student's written request.
9. The student may share this agreement with family, advisers, courts or authorities at any time.
10. This agreement is governed by Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction.

The full sample agreement is published at caba.in/job-guarantee. The refund under the job guarantee is separate from and in addition to, the general refund policy in section 4.
