Motion Graphics Designer Jobs in India: Who Is Hiring, What They Ask and How to Apply

For a day in the life of the role, read what does a motion graphics designer do.

On 7 November 2026, Internshala listed 137 motion graphics jobs across India^[1]. Most were in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi NCR, Pune and Hyderabad, with a good share of work-from-home roles. The employers were consumer brands, digital agencies, ed-tech companies, apps and production studios.

Delhi NCR has many agency and D2C brand roles. Remote roles are open to people in any city but usually ask for 1 year of experience, so most freshers start in an office and move to remote work later.

Here are four posts from Internshala's India listings on 7 November 2026, summarised^[1]:

• Motion Graphics Associate (work from home): 1 year; performance ads in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects; ₹8.2 to 14 lakh a year.
• Video Editor and Motion Graphics Designer (work from home): 1 year; client videos in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro and After Effects, with colour theory; ₹3 to 6 lakh a year.
• Junior Motion Graphics Associate at a Bengaluru agency: 1 year; Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, InDesign and Premiere Pro; ₹3 to 4 lakh a year.
• AI Video Editor at a Delhi ayurveda brand: 1 year; video ideas and scripts with AI tools, AI video generation, animation and motion graphics; ₹3 to 3.6 lakh a year.

Notice two things. First, Adobe software is in nearly every post. Second, AI video generation now sits next to After Effects as a listed skill.

Employers now list AI video generation, AI image generation and AI voiceovers in their posts. Adobe's Creative Agent and the AI Assistant in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign can carry out several steps from one typed request, announced in June 2026^[2]. Motion designers use AI to draft style frames, make rough 3D elements and extend backgrounds, then animate them in After Effects.
