This agreement confirms that CABA Innovatives provides the above student with a 100% Job Guarantee or full refund of the course fee, on the following terms:
- This guarantee applies to students enrolled in a CABA Premium 1-to-1 programme, as named in this agreement.
- The student attends at least 85% of scheduled classes. Absences for medical or family emergencies are excused with proof.
- The student completes all projects and assignments given by CABA trainers and builds the course portfolio.
- Online students attend a minimum of 1 month of offline practice classes at the institute for projects and doubt-clearing.
- The student attends the job interviews arranged by CABA in Delhi NCR, with their portfolio.
- CABA will provide a paid job or paid internship in the course field within 3 months of course completion. If the student is laid off within 3 months of joining that job, CABA helps the student get another job - CABA promises a career, not only a job.
- The guarantee is fulfilled when the student receives an offer that meets point 6, whether or not the student accepts it.
- If CABA does not provide such an offer within 3 months, CABA refunds the full course fee paid, within 30 days of the student's written request.
- The student may share this agreement with family, advisers, courts or authorities at any time.
- This agreement is governed by Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction.
